Description: Hi! My name is Paige and I am a current a PT student at George Fox and I am looking for someone to take over my spot in my current apartment. It is in Newberg right behind the Safeway: About 1 mile (5 minutes) from the Medical Sciences Building and 1.5 miles (5 minutes) from main campus! I live with a PA student who is absolutely amazing to live with. The apartment is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Rent is $850 a month + utilities. The lease is up December so you could either sublet through December but there is an option to extend the lease as well. The living room is fully furnished and there is a balcony with a table and 4 chairs with a pretty nice view of the meadow. You would also have an assigned parking spot.
