Description: We have 2.5 bedrooms in our nice, new (2018 build) home for rent to students. $550 per month for the medium size (11x11) bedroom (has its own shower and sink) and $600 for the extra large bedroom (which can be split at $350 per person). Also we have space in another extra large bedroom (with walk in closet and jack & jill bathroom) for another roommate at $400. Shared bathroom, kitchen, pantry, dining spaces.
