Seeking a long-term, collaborative STEM mentor for a self-directed, project-based homeschool environment. Role includes co-creating curriculum, guiding interdisciplinary learning, leading hands-on construction/build projects, and supporting student independence, reflection, and portfolio development. Ideal candidate is a high-energy, builder-minded generalist with STEM and fabrication skills, strong collaboration mindset, and passion for curiosity-driven education.
Compensation: Paid salary (Aug–May, 10 installments), based on experience and schedule ($10,000-$15,000/yr).
Location: In-home, Newberg, OR (2 days/week, ~10–12 hours, flexible).
