"For rent is a nice, clean, quiet, spacious, furnished one bedroom apartment in the country on Chehalem Mountain, yet only 10 minutes from George Fox campus. It is the downstairs of a daylight basement home.

The residence is on a couple of acres off Bell Road.  Just remodeled and professionally cleaned the apartment.  Total space is 1500 square feet. The bedroom/sitting room is spacious, about half of the total square footage. It has a huge walk-in closet.  There is another large room that has a small kitchen within it.  Kitchen appliances are refrigerator, countertop oven, microwave and a two-burner hot plate.  This room also offers a living area with a couch, desk and dining table and chairs.  There is a utility room in between the rooms where a washer and dryer is, which would be shared.  The apartment has a private entrance and full bath. There is parking for one vehicle.


    I am a single, senior man, and very devoted in my faith.  Have lived here for 25 years and the house and landscaping is well maintained. I do farm a small chardonnay vineyard on the property as well, which is about 50 feet from the apartment entrance.  There is no TV connection, but of course there is Wi-fi.  I have a large 9 year old dog who is a rescue and super sweet.  Also have a mellow older cat. Neither pet goes down to the apartment. I will not allow any more pets.  Rent is $1300/month, all inclusive. I prefer one tenant, but would consider a married couple.
