My wife, Constance, and I are both students at GFU. We currently have a rental apartment in Sherwood but we are looking to move closer to Newberg so that we can be next to campus--especially because we are expecting our first child this summer.
We would preferably move during Christmas break (December-January), but could also move after the Spring semester (May). Our price point is about $1400-1300 or below (with utilities). We aren't looking for anything big, though a kitchen (with fridge, stove, and oven) as well as a Washer/Dryer are necessary. Being within biking distance of campus is strongly preferred.
