We are currently taking applications for 3 bedrooms available in this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath house with a great layout for shared living —bring your roommates! You would be joining the two George Fox alumni who currently occupy 2 of the 5 rooms and have lived in the house for a year or more, keeping things easygoing, stable, and respectful in this shared living environment. This is a no-smoking/no-vaping, no-pets house. 

Available: July 1, 2026. One-year lease.

Anyone under the age of 18 will also need a co-signer

Rent: $3,600/month total. Tenants may divide rent among themselves as they choose. The landlord requires a single monthly payment of $3,600.

As part of the application process, applicants will complete a standard background, credit, and rental history check through a third-party screening service. The application screening is individual, and screening costs are the responsibility of the applicant. Approval is based on meeting these criteria: credit/payment history, rental references, and relevant background information, all in line with Oregon and federal law.
