I have a lot to offer in a beautiful quiet area on a hilltop surrounded by vineyards off of Bell Road, so you will need a car to get to school even though I am only a few minutes away. Offering 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - full kitchen - large living room and dining room. None of the bedrooms are next to each other so you have plenty of privacy. Bedroom #1 King Bed - Bedroom #2 King bed and a twin bed - Bedroom #3 Queen bed and 2 twin beds- Bedroom #4 Queen Futon. Washer and Dryer provided. First ones to come are able to choose which room they would like to have. Plenty of off street parking, private entrance, security cameras surround the outside area. From June to September you will have use of a salt water pool. The rooms with twin beds are great if you have family or friends visiting. $2600 all utilities, linens and towels and WIFI included.
