I’m a professor at George Fox University and will be out of state for the summer, so I’m looking to rent out my 3-bedroom home from early May through mid-August. You’ll have the entire house to yourself during that time.
The home is in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood just 1.2 miles from campus—an ideal setup for someone who is looking for a quite space for the summer or for two friends who want to share a comfortable and convenient living space. Two spacious, furnished bedrooms are located upstairs and share a bathroom, while the main floor includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second bathroom.
Rent is $1,150 per month OBO, and I’m happy to discuss flexibility—especially for GFU students, so feel free to reach out about your situation. Tenants are responsible for utilities. No pets, please.
