Founded in 1965, Northwest Textbook Depository has provided exceptional service to our educational and publisher partners for almost 60 years. We are a sales distribution agent for over 50 major educational publishers and offer schools and other educational customers an extensive selection of over 100,000 titles warehoused at our 150,000 sq. I. distribution facility located in Tualatin, Oregon. Job Overview NWTD is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to help our team as warehouse summer employees. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by picking and packing textbooks and other related educational material. You will also assist with addi>onal warehouse tasks as needed.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:
* Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Use forkliIs and related equipment to move inventory between various warehouse locations
* Perform various tasks to ensure a clean and safe working environment
* Meet or exceed productivity standards
* Adhere to all safety guidelines
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age
Experience using forkliI, propane liI, and other warehouse equipment is desired but not required
Ability to liI up to 50 pounds consistently
Ability to stand, walk, and move rapidly for en>re work shiI
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently
Ability to work in temperatures between 50°F and 85°F
Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
Must have a demonstrated aWen>on to detail

Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 Hour
Standard Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Overtime may be required from May to September
Pay Type: Paid bi-weekly
