The morning support team has 2 roles:
1. Event set-up (6am – 10am)
2. Property & Event support (6am – 2pm)
The Event set-up position is great for someone looking for part time work, and wanting to have the rest
of their day free, as you’ll be done by 10am in the morning!
The Property & Event support position is a longer shift position, that involves communicating with
clients onsite as well as additional property tasks. This position does require additional training and
experience.
Job Overviews:
EVENT Set-Up: 6 am to 10 am (2 or 3 people scheduled for this shift)
• Light clean of areas in use: ceremony and reception spaces.
• Set tables and chairs for clients:
o Pavilion – reception or event space
o Ceremony or Meadow – ceremony space
• Use in-house map to set with Oasis provided tables and chairs. Read and execute map layout.
• Move tables & chairs as needed from storage to set-up area: able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate side walls (put up and take down).
• Safety Check of property: checklist provided.
• Equipment check-out/check-in: checklist provided.
• Set all garbage cans, recycling cans, and other provided disposals on the property.
• Update daily “Communication Boards” on Property
• GREET clients and vendors as they arrive
PROPERTY Preparations: 8 am to 2 pm (1 person for this shift)
• Blow out property from leaves, debris, sand, etc.
• Dead head flowers and plants as needed.
• Clean outdoor areas: Cabana / Bridge / Shady Grove. Skim pond and rake the beach.
• Check for any equipment not put away / any trip able materials or safety concerns
• Basic communications for clients and vendors as needed. Refer all questions to assigned Day-of
Venue Manager or Manager on Call.
• Assess any emergency situations on property and reach out to Manager in charge

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma.
• Experience: 1+ years in a customer service or wedding industry preferred, but not required.
Experience with basic landscaping and property maintenance required for the Property & Event
Support position.
• Specific skills: organization and time management, lifting heavier equipment, repetitive movements,
team player, customer service orientation for communication.
• Personal characteristics: morning person, able to work independently, friendly, high energy, helpful,
honest, ethical, customer service oriented.
• Licenses: current driver’s license.
• Physical abilities: be on your feet for a 4 or 8 hour shift, able to move heavy equipment, do repetitive
tasks, able to work side walls to put up or bring down, use and operate a fire extinguisher, basic
cleaning responsibilities (pick up trash, spills, broken glass), Use and operate 1st aid kit and AED
machine,
• Property & Event Support: basic landscape and property maintenance skills required.
Payment & Wage:
All employees are paid as W-2, and on a 2-week payment schedule.
Wage(s):
• Position Wage: range is $18 - $21 an hour, DOE
