Use engaging games, drills, and progressions that introduce gymnastics basics while
keeping sessions exciting for younger athletes.
Develop training exercises that challenge and motivate more advanced students to refine

gymnastics, build friendships, and support each other.
Provide individualized feedback and positive reinforcement to support each child’s
growth, focusing on both enjoyment and safe skill progression.
Communicate with parents and guardians to share each child’s progress, answer
questions, and discuss goals.
Assist with general gym maintenance, equipment setup, and cleanup to maintain a safe,
organized environment for training.

Knowledge of gymnastics principles, training progressions, and safety protocols across
beginner to advanced levels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable style for
working with children, parents, and staff.
