Ideal candidate loves animals!

• Furnished bedroom and private bath in 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home.
• Shared kitchen, living, and laundry.
• Assigned parking in front of home.
• Well lit, safe neighborhood.
• Two story home, stairs required to access bedroom and bath.
• No smoking, indoor vaping, illegal or recreational drugs.
• Must practice cleanliness.
• Homeowner has two dogs and a cat, cannot accommodate additional pet (s).
• Room includes queen size bed with pillow top mattress, standard size closet and desk space.
• Bathroom has shower and tub with a vanity and extra storage space in linen closet.
• Heating and AC.
• May request criminal background check, references and / or employment verification.
• 30-day notice requested when moving out.

FEES
• 600.00 per month includes rent, utilities, and internet.
• Non-refundable cleaning deposit 200.00.
• First month's rent due at lease signing.
