There are two students currently living in the home for this upcoming school year. The house is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath, located 1 block from GFU campus! There is plenty of parking and a large backyard with a covered patio area.

● No smoking on the property.
● Rent: $510/month plus utilities, owner pays garbage. Rent based on 5 tenants living in the house.
