Heya! My name is Maddy and I am current graduate student at GFU. I am currently living in a 3-bedroom home in Newberg with another incoming GFU graduate student and we are looking for someone to fill the master bedroom! The bedroom is large and spacious with a private bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished and stocked with everything you need. The house is located about 3 minutes from the main GFU campus in a safe neighborhood. The home is newly renovated with a huge backyard and ring security cameras that are paid for by the owners. We are looking for females only, preferably those in their early 20's with no pets. I have a cat so keep any allergies in mind. Rent is $800 and then utilities are split between tenants.
