The lease is from September 1st, to April 30th, 2026...The rent is $525.00 per person each month, the water bill, & yard care, and maintenance are included in the rent...The electric (PGE) and trash pick-up service, and internet is to be paid by the tenants, but divided 4 ways.
The front room is furnished, and the large kitchen has lots of cupboards, also with a stove & refrigerator, the laundry room has a washer & dryer, there is a big walk-closet for extra storage, there is one large bathroom with cupboards, and drawers for each person, the bedrooms are not furnished.
Great location, just one block from the University, and within walking distance to classes, there is off street parking in front of the house...The address is: 203 North Center St. (It’s the white house on the corner of North Center & Hancock)
