Private bedroom and shared bathroom in new 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath home. $850 per month; refundable security deposit $400,. Looking for 1-2 roommates. No Pets.



I'm looking for a respectful, responsible female roommate who appreciates a peaceful, clean living environment. This is a Christian home, so I'm seeking someone who is comfortable with that kind of atmosphere and shares values of kindness, honesty and consideration for others. Very close to George Fox, Friendsview Retirement and Northwest Christian Church. Prefer upper classmen or graduate students, or older members of the Newberg community.



I am a kind, easy going person who enjoys her work with the elderly and going to church. I don't smoke or use drugs. I enjoy exercising, walking and running. I love watching sports and movies. I like a quiet living environment and am considerate of others. Looking for same.



The common areas of the house are completely furnished, 2 living areas with tv’s to give us our space. I hire a cleaning service that comes to clean the house every month. We still need to tidy up and vacuum though. This new residence has everything you could want – peaceful location, great kitchen, laundry room, , central air conditioning + heating,  close to Fox and plenty of parking.


Internet/Wifi/Youtube TV is included with rent. Other utilities will be shared.
