living environment. This is a Christian home, so I'm seeking someone who is comfortable with
that kind of atmosphere and shares values of kindness, honesty and consideration for others.
Very close to George Fox, Friends view Retirement and Northwest Christian Church. Prefer
upper classmen or graduate students, or older members of the Newberg community.
I am a kind, easy going, happy person who enjoys her work with the elderly and going to
church. I don't drink, smoke or use drugs. I enjoy exercising, walking and running. I love
watching sports and movies. I like a quiet living environment and am considerate of others.

The common areas of the house are completely furnished, 2 living areas with tv’s to give us our
space. I hire a cleaning service that comes to clean the house every month. This new residence
has everything you could want – laundry room, great kitchen, central air conditioning + heating,
and plenty of parking.

Internet/Wifi/Youtube TV is included with rent. Other utilities will be shared.

House Rules
Renters are not permitted to smoke, vape, or use tobacco or drugs of any kind anywhere on
the property. No pets. Renter will share living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom,
laundry, parking, and outside areas of property with family member and another possible
renter. Home is furnished including living room, dining room, kitchen, washer, dryer, TVs,
refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove/oven. Furnished or unfurnished bedroom

available. Renter will share cost of utilities. Use of the garage for personal storage of the
renter is available by agreement with landlord. Since this is a new home, renter is asked to
clean up after yourself and help keep shared spaces picked up and tidy. Respect quiet hours
and one another's privacy.
