Located on a calm and quiet residential neighborhood, this is a 5 minute drive from GFU (or 30 min walk). We are seeking a clean and tidy female GFU student.
The room for rent is upstairs with a private/shared bathroom down the hall. We will only be using the bathroom for baths for our daughter and baby.
Other than that, it will be private. This is a fully furnished home available for you to use, along with a lightly used full size memory foam mattress, bed frame (not pictured), full size mirror, and mini fridge for you if needed. Sheets available for the mattress.
Open to furnish room further if needed. We are located behind Ewing park and have direct access through a beautiful walking trail perfect for runs, walks, or a long Sunday stroll in the woods.
We are a family with a three year old daughter and 10 month old son.
No animals allowed. Clean and sober home.
Rent is $900 with utilities included (A/C in summer). Security deposit is $500.
