We have a large furnished bedroom with a small refrigerator for a female GFU student. The rent is $340/mo. It has two beds, so two girls could rent it for $440/mo. ($220 each) if they want to share a room. My wife and I live in this house 1/2 mile from campus (10 minute walk). It will be available for Spring Semester Jan. 1, 2025. You would share 1 1/2 bathrooms with 2 other girls that are renting rooms now. We have converted one of our bedrooms into a kitchenette/living room for our renters. There is free wi-fi and laundry. No utility bills.
