Hi! I’m looking for a someone (preferably female) to take over my lease starting June 16 through July 31, with the option to renew after that. I’m going home for the summer and am moving to my own place after and am hoping to find someone to take my place in a 3-bedroom house about 1.5miles / 5 minutes from George Fox's main campus.
Rent: $800/month + utilities. This month would be prorated.
The Room:
Large room with walk-in closet.
Easily fits a queen bed, dresser, tall mirror, and even a large dog bed – there’s plenty of space!
Big window with tons of natural light.
Shared bathroom with one other female roommate (George Fox undergrad student).
The House:
Shared with 2 other females.
One roommate is new (we haven’t gotten to know each other well yet).
The other is 24, works at a vineyard, and is one of the landlord’s daughter. She’s super sweet and mostly keeps to herself.
Quiet and clean home with a fenced yard - great if you have a dog!
Pet friendly.
Washer/dryer in house.
Full access to shared spaces including kitchen and kitchen supplies, living room, and guest bathroom downstairs
All bedrooms are located upstairs.
Driveway and street parking (no issues, ever).
Garage space for parking/storage!
