Lease Agreement:
Looking to start lease in January 2026 but room available now. Lease agreement is flexible.
Cost:
$750 per room plus $50 for utilities every month due on the first day of each month.

Room, Electricity, Internet, Water, Sewage, Laundry (provide own detergent), Trash, Club House Gym, Pool (when open), Fully Equipped Kitchen.
