Room for Rent

Hey! If you're a girl and you're looking for a place to live this coming year consider reaching out! My friend my I are looking for one other girl to live with us in our three bedroom apartment that my friend already lives in. Rent and utilities is around $600 per person. The apartment has 1.5 baths, a large living room and the communal spaces are almost fully furnished. All that you'll need to bring is furniture for your bedroom. We also have a washer and dryer available in the apartment. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with a dog as my friend has one, but won't be bringing other pets into the apartment. It's a two story place with a ten minute walk to the George Fox campus. If you want more details, feel free to reach out. We would need you to move in starting June 1st and commit to a year long lease which ends the following June. We don't have photos of the room at the moment as my friend still has roommates living with her until May, but if you're interested we can organize a meeting to see the apartment.
