4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house in Sherwood (approximately 12 minutes to campus). We are 3 girls in the PsyD graduate program. I have lived in this house for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. The neighborhood is very safe and family oriented. We are close to Safeway, parks, walking trails, coffee shops, Target, and more! We enjoy spending time together watching shows, getting happy hour, etc but also love and respect independent time. We are clean, quiet, and try to have open communication. We also have one dog, a mini Aussie, named Rocco. He's super sweet, and we are all obsessed with him. We have one girl moving out, so we are looking for someone to fill the room at the start of the new lease (August 1st 2026-July 31st 2027). Rent is $837.50 + refundable down payment if the house is in good shape at the end of the lease + plus utilities.
