Non-negotiables: No pets (fish OK), no smoking, single-occupancy only, no history of disrespectful behavior towards housemates. All tenants must pass a criminal check and provide references.

About us: My wife and I are both GFU alumni and lived off campus while at school. We want to provide great housing for students and love to get to know our renters.
