This property is located 0.7 miles from Fox and is designed to be clean, comfortable, and safe - high-speed wifi, study areas with a coffee-shop vibe, a furnished kitchen, flexible leases, a monthly community activity to get to know your housemates, and strong security systems with electronic locks on all the outside doors and bedrooms. All the roommate logistics are taken care of for you, as the property provides all consumables (soap, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, cleaning spray, etc.), all kitchen and bathroom spaces are labeled for designated tenants, and house reminders are posted throughout the house.
Here are the rental logistics:
Price: $800-$1,150 (depending on the room)
Bathroom: Shared or private bathrooms available
Gender: We have one female-only wing of the house (3 rooms). All other rooms are coed.
Lease: Flexible. We can do month-to-month (adds $100 per month) or 9 months to one-year fixed-term.
Extra fees: Nope. Other than a security deposit (refundable), you don't pay anything but your rent.
Non-negotiables: No pets (fish OK), no smoking, single-occupancy only, no history of disrespectful behavior towards housemates. All tenants must pass a criminal check.
About us: My wife and I are both GFU alumni and lived off campus while we were students. We want to provide great housing for students!
