Need 1 male George Fox student to be housemates in a large 4 bedroom house, for this coming Fall, (3 of the rooms are already been rented) The rent is $525.00 per person each month, the water bill, and yard care & maintenance are included in the rent...Also to be paid is a refundable security/cleaning deposit of $300.00 per person...The electric (PGE), and trash pick-up, and internet is paid by the tenants, but divided 4 ways.
The front room is finished, and the large kitchen has lots of cupboards, also with stove & refrigerator, the laundry room has a washer & dryer, and a big walk in closet for extra storage, there is one large bathroom with cupboards and drawers for each person, the bedrooms are not furnished.
