Detached from the main home on 2.25 acres, 6 min drive from GFU.
Welcome to plant in the extra garden space if that is of interest to you.

Queen bed in each room.
Storage throughout. Built-in closet in each room.
Fully furnished (towels, bedding, air fryer, dishes, keurig, Kitchenaid, vitamix, starter of garbage bags/tp/paper towels and some of our favorite made in Oregon sauces...)
Full kitchen
AC/heat and an electric fireplace for colder months.
All utilities included
TV and DVD player.
No pets, no smoking, no alcohol on premises
Month to month rental is okay but preference given to full school year.
If you already have a roommate preference, please let us know when you apply. Happy to work with two people that already know each other.
Rent: $750/month/room
Deposit: $500 cleaning/security deposit - refundable if left in good order.
