Rent: $900 +shared utilities and household cleaning responsibilities.

You will have your own bathroom and shared use of spare room, furnished living room and kitchen, garage, patio. The garage is currently being used for homework and projects.
Street parking available for free. $25/mos fee for spot in space in front of home.
While our trio of cats keeps us on our toes, we aren’t able to welcome additional pets. Thanks for understanding!
