House has a rural feel with large yard, fruit trees, workout room (with elliptical), onsite laundry, modern bathroom with 2 sinks and PRIVATE HOT TUB.
$795 per person- Includes gardener for yard and maid once per month. If one person would like both rooms , only $1250/month. Females preferred, Cat lovers a MUST. 2 really sweet & affectionate cats live here that love play and snuggles. I spend most of my time in Central Oregon and am never home on the weekends. Will trade utility bill each month for basic care of cats.
I am an easy going, upbeat professional female ( no kids ). I love spending time outdoors, reading, playing with my kitties, and working on my small business.
