I am a GFU professor and my husband and I are looking for an experienced childcare provider for our three daughters ages 6, 5, and 4 years old. We live in the Newberg area about 2 miles from the GFU campus. Our girls are a lot of fun, active, outdoorsy and we are looking for someone who can keep up with them!
Pay $23-$25 depending on experience
Weekly schedule (the hours where we most need help are):
Mondays 12-4 pm
Fridays 10-2 pm
We need extra help on school furlough days and when one of us leaves town for work, and some weekends. Those could be discussed as possibilities for extra paid hours depending on availability.
Responsibilities:
Engaging with the kids through play, reading, and creative activities
Feeding lunch/snack to one or more of the children
Outdoor play: 2 parks near our home, long walks/hikes whatever the weather
Light housekeeping (tidying toys, dishes after meals, etc.)
Ideal Candidate:
Has previous childcare experience
Is CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
Is patient, attentive, and enjoys working with children of various ages
