My name is Jacob Graham and I am a GFU alumni. I own a house on college st in Newberg and currently have one room available for rent and will have a second room available in March.
The house has five total bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was updated in 2020 and has a very nice interior with living room furniture provided.
Rent for the currently available room (the big room) is $775 and that includes all utilities and wifi. Rent for the room in March will be $750.
