No garage but there is one parking space in the driveway and plenty of safe, on-street parking for a second vehicle. Washer and dryer hook-ups. Newer refrigerator/freezer; dishwasher, disposal. The water/sewage bill is shared (based on number of people, evenly split). Separate electrical meters so each side pays their own electrical bill. No natural gas. I take care of the yard/groundskeeping and I also pay the garbage bill.
