We have a nice little 5-acre farm located in NW Portland, north of Bethany and south of Skyline Rd. We have an extra spacious bedroom that would be ideal for an adult, college student, or young couple who is interested in room and board in exchange for an equivalent of 15 hours or so each week of light farm work and/or basic help around the house. This would be flexible based on the individual’s schedule with classes/school/work. This bedroom is furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own items. Currently the 92-year old father, Pat, and his daughter Terri live in the house and take care of things, but need some assistance here and there. If this sounds like something that could be a good fit for a housing need you have, whether that’s now or during the school year, this could be a mutually beneficial relationship.
