The Jr. Web Developer will be a critical contributor in advancing the DCI digital experience. This position is responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing team in achieving its strategic business initiatives, works in a fluid, fast-paced environment where the ability to multitask and prioritize requests requires a strong focus on customer service. It involves collaborating with the team, self-motivated and problem-solving with attention to detail and accuracy.  Position will be onsite in Newberg, Oregon.

Responsibilities
 Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages.
 Maintain and improve website, apps and integrated technologies.
 Developing based off responsive design for multiple screen sizes for optimized solutions.
 Collaborate with technical team members and web designers to improve usability.
 CMS authoring for both copy and media assets.
 Technology documentation could include functional requirement documents, guides and training.
 Create quality mockups and prototypes.
 Assist developers(internal/external) with coding and troubleshooting.
 Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
 Stay up to date on emerging technologies.
 QA and testing all applications.
 Analytics reporting

Requirements and skills
 Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
 Hands on experience with markup languages
 Experience with JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
 Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
 In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
 Understanding of layout aesthetics
 Knowledge of SEO principles
 Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems
 Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
 BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field
 Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
