This second-floor space is one of two tenant areas that share a single large bathroom with double sink. The entire second floor was recently remodeled and updated. (The second, completely separate space is currently leased by a George Fox grad student.)

Shared access via stairs; entrance through owner's garage/kitchen with keyless entry. To ensure privacy, the room has a keyed door lock.
