Enjoy spectacular views to the south from 650 feet elevation up the side of Chehalem Mountain. Located just 3 miles from George Fox University, our home and micro-boutique winery sit at the top of our 10-acre estate vineyard, which stretches down to the street. Extremely quiet, very private, lots of outdoor spaces available for tenant use, including a heated, in-ground pool (open typically May-September), pending signed liability waiver.
AVAILABLE JANUARY 1, 2026: A 435-square-foot, fully furnished studio-style bedroom in our family home. This second-floor space is one of two tenant areas that share a single large bathroom with double sink. The entire second floor was recently remodeled and updated. (The second, completely separate space is currently leased by a George Fox grad student.)
Shared access via stairs; entrance through owner's garage/kitchen with keyless entry. To ensure privacy, the room has a keyed door lock.
Tenant's Studio-Style Private Room includes:
- Queen size bed, two nightstands with 3-way table lamps, upholstered recliner, 8-compartment storage unit, 50” Smart TV, settee, 3-drawer dresser, end tables with 3-way lamps, rectangular desk table with 2 chairs, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, large storage cabinet, 5-drawer dresser, wall art/mirrors, 8-foot window (blackout shades) with vineyard and forest view to the West, ceiling fan, dimmable ceiling lights.
- Walk-in closet includes free-standing closet organization system, 4 drawer dresser, 2 mirrors, storage cabinet, shelf storage, bonus storage area, hangers, and laundry hamper.
- Our home has central air, but we also provide a window A/C unit in warmer months. Space has newer carpeting throughout.
- 130-square-foot shared bathroom with hallway entrance. Includes generous shower with grab bars and hand-held sprayer, two sink vanity with ample storage, fully stocked linen closet with towels, cleaning supplies (vacuums, dusters, etc.)
Rent is month-to-month and includes all utilities: water, electrical, septic, garbage and 5G WIFI. Multiple parking options adjacent to house.
We live and work here on site with one smallish dog, two cats (outdoor only), and one rabbit. None of our pets are permitted in the tenant spaces.
