I am a recent grad from George Fox and will be working as a nurse. I am looking for a female tenant in my drug/smoke/vape free home.
I have an unfurnished large bedroom with a large walk in closet and your own PRIVATE bathroom available. You also will get an additional large linen closet all to yourself. Parking for a small car in the driveway is included. Shared use of the kitchen, living room, laundry, backyard included as well.
I am a short 2 minute drive or bike ride to George Fox.
Rent is $1100/month which includes garbage, internet, and gas
