Looking to rent out 1 room in a 3-bed 2.5-bath house near downtown Newberg. The house is currently occupied by 1 GFU grad and 1 GFU grad student. Rent will be $650/month, not including utilities. Prefer someone clean, quiet, and organized, as we are the same way. Need to be able to pass a background check. Move-in will be available at the beginning of January, but can be negotiated.
