We are seeking highly engaged students throughout the state of Oregon, ages 18-25, to participate in a virtual 2-hour listening session the week of April 27 to gain insight into a workforce development project that aligns with Oregon’s growing semiconductor industry. Individuals will be asked to share honest perspectives about the industry, careers, and workforce needs. The goal is to design pathways that help more Oregonians (especially those from underserved, rural, Tribal, and low-to-moderate income communities) access high-wage jobs and business opportunities, while keeping more economic investment in Oregon.
If you are interested or have questions, please message fgerber@marianoandassociates.com by April 17 with your email and cell number referencing this opportunity. Then, interested parties will be contacted on April 20 or April 21 to find a date the week of April 27 that works best for 10 participants.
