Need 1 male George Fox student to be housemates in a large 4 bedroom house, for this coming Fall, (3 of the rooms are already been rented) The rent is $525.00 per person each month, the water bill. and yard care & maintenance are included in the rent...Also to be paid is a refundable security/cleaning deposit of $300.00 per person...The electric (PGE), and trash pick-up, and internet is paid by the tenants, but divided 4 ways.
The front room is furnished, and the large kitchen has lots of cupboards, also with stove & refrigerator, the laundry room has a washer & dryer, and a big walk in closet for extra storage, there is one large bathroom with cupboards, and drawers for each person, the bedrooms are not furnished.
Great location, just one block from the University, within walking distance to classes, there is off street parking in front of the house...The address is: 203 North Center Street, (It's the white house on the corner of North Center & Hancock)
