Empowered Services seeks to build a team of responsible, caring, and compassionate
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a customer in Yamhill County. As an Empowered
Services DSP, you will be building life skills and creating opportunities with our unique
group of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) customers and families.
We are a One on One Attendant Care agency, providing Activities of Daily Living and
Community Supports for our customers in their own or family homes.
Your goal will be to develop meaningful relationships that build confidence & independence
and passionately help those with intellectual & developmental disabilities to live a more

Working one on one with each customer you serve, will allow you to assess their needs,

encouraging, and safe environment. Our DSPs are our customers' helpers, mentors, and
advocates.
