Wide range tasks needed such as sending quotes to representatives, sending information to engineers, finding specifications and drawings, filing, ordering, very very few calls…. We are always busy. Has to be a person who likes being busy and learning things.
Averaging around 20 hrs. a week according to workload. Sometimes a little less sometimes more.
We are very flexible for just about any time on any day. I have a had a college student for a number of years and her schedule was always changing plus her various appointments. This is the big advantage of this position. Some days they may not come in at all and other days might work 6 hrs.. Once the tasks are learned they could come in on the weekend if they wanted to. I personally do not come in on Saturday. There is a lot to learn so being open and ready to learn is important.
The position is open starting Monday, November 13th, which is likely sooner than we expect to have it filled by.
