Description
The Associate Pastor shall work alongside the Senior Pastor in carrying out the ministries
of the church. This person will be under the guidance and direction of the triune God,
the Bible, the Senior Pastor, Worship Committee, and the Monthly Meeting.
Responsibilities
- Preach/Write Sermons
- Lead church activities (i.e. worship services, classes, Bible studies, etc.)
- Participate in community outreach and visitation
- Offer spiritual guidance/counseling
- Attend church Monthly Meetings and other meetings by invitation as an advisor
